Forager’s Salad:
Dandelion greens
Nasturtium blossoms
Shiitake mushrooms sautéed in olive oil and salt
Butter lettuce
Radicchio
Blue cheese
Dressing:
Olive oil/ balsamic vinegar (2:1)
1 large garlic clove
Maple syrup (I used @lala_earth ‘s amazing wood fired mushroom maple syrup)
Salt and pepper to taste
