These super easy homemade candles smell amazingly good and make for a stunning centerpiece.
Materials:
- 2 Naval Oranges
- Beeswax Pellets (I used these)
- 4 candle wicks (I simply removed wicks from tea lights)
- Spices (I used cardamom, cloves, all spice, and cinnamon sticks).
Directions:
Cut both oranges in half and remove their flesh with a knife.
In a small sauce pan, melt the beeswax pellets over medium heat. Do not let the beeswax boil.
Once melted, remove the beeswax from the stovetop and fill each orange to its halfway point.
Let dry for 10 minutes.
Once dry, place the candle wicks on top of the dried beeswax.
Fill each orange with the remaining melted beeswax.
Before the beeswax has dried, add spices to the top of your candles.
Light your candles only under supervision.
